A well-established MA law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing practice focused on Estate Planning, Corporate Law, Business Succession Planning, Tax Law, and Estate Administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term growth within a collaborative, family-oriented environment that prioritizes work-life balance and professional development without the pressure of minimum billable requirements.

Ideal Background:• Experience in estate planning and estate administration• Exposure to corporate/business law and succession planning• Tax planning experience is a plus• Strong client management and organizational skills• Team-player mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits:• Strong Comp range DOE• 20% origination incentive• Annual discretionary bonus historically ranging from $20K–$50K• 401(k) with 3% contribution• Health insurance with employer contribution• Dental coverage• 10 paid holidays• 3 weeks PTO
