Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour

The Opportunity

The Production Lead will provide hands-on leadership during the first shift, helping coordinate daily production activities while ensuring employees have the direction, resources, and support needed to meet production goals.

You’ll serve as a key connection between production employees and management—helping keep the operation organized, productive, safe, and focused on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift
• Coordinate daily production activities and priorities
• Monitor production performance, quality, and efficiency
• Ensure employees follow established safety, sanitation, and food-quality procedures
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, and development
• Troubleshoot production issues and help remove obstacles
• Communicate production needs, challenges, and updates to management
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production environment
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Lead by example and maintain a hands-on presence on the production floor

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or a related manufacturing environment
• Previous lead, senior operator, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes and workflow
• Ability to lead and motivate a production team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable taking ownership
