Total Compensation Package: $65,000–$70,000, Origination Bonuses, and Full Benefits
Experience: 5+ years
Schedule: Full-Time | No Billable Hours

Position Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Tulsa team. This position supports attorneys handling a broad range of complex civil litigation matters.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Litigation Paralegal who can independently manage case details, anticipate attorney needs, track deadlines, and provide quality control for a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation caseloads and case-related deadlines
• Maintain accurate calendars for court and case deadlines
• Prepare discovery requests and responses
• Coordinate client communications and provide case updates
• Monitor deadlines and proactively alert attorneys to upcoming obligations
• Provide litigation support throughout all stages of a case
• Review documents and work product for accuracy
• Identify potential errors before filings or client communications are finalized
• Support and mentor newer attorneys and legal staff

Practice Areas

The Litigation Paralegal will support complex civil litigation involving areas such as:

• Real estate disputes
• Business litigation
• Construction litigation
• Other complex civil disputes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
• Experience with discovery and case management
• Excellent organization and legal calendaring skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Ability to work independently and anticipate attorney needs
• Comfortable mentoring and supporting newer attorneys
• Experience working in a fast-paced litigation environment
