Commercial Lines Producer

Hybrid | Multiple Wisconsin Locations

Are you a Commercial Lines Producer who loves building relationships, bringing in new business, and watching your book grow?

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer who is ready to take their book of business to the next level. This is a hybrid opportunity with flexibility across multiple Wisconsin locations and a team that understands that great producers need both support and room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and grow a Commercial Lines book of business
• Develop new business through relationships, referrals, networking, and consistent prospecting
• Build lasting relationships with business owners and decision makers
• Learn your clients’ businesses and become a trusted insurance resource
• Work closely with internal service and placement teams to create a great client experience
• Own the sales process from prospecting through closing
• Continue expanding your Wisconsin network and market presence

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Producer experience
• Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty license
• A proven track record or a strong desire to grow a book of business
• Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and opening doors
• Strong communication and follow through
• A self starter who is comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities
• Someone who can work independently while still being part of a collaborative team
