Job Description

Now Hiring: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney – Tampa, FL

Our growing law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney with 2–11 years of experience to join our litigation team in Tampa, Florida. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney who thrives on representing plaintiff clients in personal injury cases and wants to grow in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are only considering candidates with plaintiff-side personal injury experience. If you have any prior defense-side work, this is not the right fit. We’re seeking an attorney who lives and breathes personal injury law, is passionate about advocating for injured clients, and is committed to delivering outstanding results.

The ideal attorney will have litigation experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a personal injury caseload from intake through trial or settlement.

Requirements:

  • 2–11 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Must be a licensed attorney in Florida and in good standing
  • No prior defense-side legal experience
  • Ability to work fully in-office in Tampa, FL
  • Strong writing, litigation, and client communication skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Full benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Supportive, growth-oriented environment

As a plaintiff personal injury attorney on our team, you’ll handle significant cases, work alongside experienced trial lawyers, and make a real impact on the lives of our clients.

How to Apply:
If you’re a qualified personal injury attorney ready to take the next step in your career, send your resume to eric.vetter@gogpac.com
