A reputable and well-established civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineer with a focus in Land Development to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer looking to advance their career, work on impactful projects, and be mentored by licensed professionals.
Assist in the design and development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects
Prepare engineering plans, reports, and specifications
Perform site grading, drainage, utility layout, and roadway design
Support permitting and coordination with local municipalities and regulatory agencies
Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration as needed
Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers throughout project lifecycle
Utilize design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and modeling
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required
3–7 years of relevant experience in civil site or land development design
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and contribute to multiple projects
