Superintendent – Custom Luxury Homes

Overview: A high-end custom home builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury residential projects. This is a confidential opportunity with a reputable builder known for exceptional craftsmanship and delivering a white-glove experience to an ultra-high-end clientele.

Project Scope:

• Ground-up custom homes up to $20M
• Clientele consists of ultra-high-net-worth homeowners, with a strong focus on delivering the highest level of quality and service

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations for custom luxury homes
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite logistics
• Ensure projects are delivered with top-tier quality, on time, and within budget
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and trade partners
• Enforce safety standards and quality control across all phases of construction
• Proactively identify and resolve jobsite challenges

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in custom home building
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement
• Strong knowledge of the local market, subcontractors, and vendor network
• Proven track record managing high-end residential projects
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
