A well-regarded firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in defending employers, carriers, and insurers to handle complex workers’ compensation matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What They’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience

  • Strong background in litigation, including depositions, mediations, and hearings

  • Proven ability to develop case strategies, negotiate settlements, and manage high-volume caseloads

  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to work directly with clients, adjusters, and employers to provide effective representation

  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

What You’ll Do

  • Handle all aspects of workers’ compensation defense litigation from inception through resolution

  • Represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in depositions, mediations, and final hearings

  • Develop litigation strategies tailored to client objectives and cost management

  • Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs before the Judge of Compensation Claims

  • Provide proactive communication and guidance to clients and claims professionals

  • Collaborate with experienced colleagues in a team-focused environment
