Position Overview

We are seeking a high-producing, experienced Associate Dentist to join a thriving team and take on a full-time role with strong earning potential. The ideal candidate is confident, production-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver general and advanced restorative procedures
  • Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans
  • Collaborate with hygienists and the clinical support team
  • Uphold high standards in clinical care, documentation, and patient communication
  • Participate in ongoing continuing education and practice development

Requirements

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
  • Active or eligible Michigan dental license
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Demonstrated history of high production and comfort with advanced procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
