Traveling Superintendent 

Commercial Construction | National Travel | up to $110K Base + Bonus + Benefits

A growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the U.S. ranging from $5M–$20M+. The ideal candidate will have experience managing diverse commercial projects including retail, restaurants, healthcare, office, industrial, education, mixed-use, and municipal work.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field operations from start to finish

• Manage schedules, subcontractors, safety, and quality control

• Coordinate with project managers, owners, and design teams

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within company standards

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience

• Proven success leading projects valued at $5M–$20M+

• Strong scheduling, leadership, and communication skills

• Willingness to travel nationwide no NY no CA 

• Home every 2-4 weeks

Compensation:

• up to $120,000+ Base Salary

• Performance Bonus

• Vehicle Allowance or Company Vehicle

• Travel Expenses & Per Diem
