Litigation Associate Attorney – West Virginia

Location: Charleston metropolitan area, WV (Hybrid flexibility available for in-state candidates)

A nationally recognized boutique litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its West Virginia office. This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a practice that regularly handles Fortune 500 defense, mass tort, and product liability litigation on a national scale—while maintaining a collegial, down-to-earth team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Represent clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including mass tort and product liability defense

  • Draft and argue motions (Daubert and dispositive motion experience is a plus)

  • Conduct and defend depositions

  • Support trial preparation and client communications

  • Participate in case strategy and development alongside senior counsel

What We’re Looking For:

  • J.D. and active license to practice in West Virginia

  • 3–4 years of litigation experience or a judicial clerkship (federal or state)

  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills

  • Bonus points for: Law Review, Moot Court, or graduating near the top of your class

  • You’re a motivated self-starter with solid judgment and attention to detail
