Job Title: Civil Construction Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Foreman to lead crews on excavation, grading, and underground wet utility installation projects, including storm, water, and sewer lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with GPS systems. Exposure to HCSS and/or Agtek software is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews working on excavation, grading, and underground utility installation.

• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project plans and specifications.

• Utilize GPS equipment to assist with grading and excavation layout.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, equipment operators, and crew members.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising construction crews in civil construction projects.

• Experience with excavation, grading, and installation of underground storm, water, and sewer utilities.

• Familiarity with GPS technology in construction is required.

• Exposure to HCSS and/or Agtek software is preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
