Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee crews on excavation, grading, and underground wet utility installation projects, including storm, water, and sewer lines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing field crews and is highly proficient with Agtek and HCSS software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate multiple crews working on excavation, grading, and underground utility installation projects.

• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and meet quality standards.

• Use Agtek and HCSS software for project tracking, quantity verification, and progress reporting.

• Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to field crews and foremen.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience overseeing civil construction crews in excavation, grading, and underground wet utility installations (storm, water, sewer).

• Proficiency with Agtek and HCSS software highly preferred.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
