Associate Attorney – Business & Real Estate Litigation – North San Diego, CA 

A well-established litigation firm in North San Diego is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its business and real estate litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex civil matters, collaborate with a supportive team, and contribute to all phases of litigation. Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including law and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Conduct legal research, analyze cases, and develop litigation strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with exceptional writing skills
• Collaborate closely with partners and other attorneys on case management and client strategy

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of civil litigation experience; 3-year candidates may be considered with strong backgrounds
• Licensed to practice in California
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with all aspects of litigation, including depositions, discovery, and motions
