Senior Tax Manager

Location: Montgomery County, MD (In-Office)

We’re partnering with a highly respected boutique CPA firm that is looking to add a Senior Tax Manager to their growing team. This is a standout opportunity for a tax professional who wants to step into a leadership role while working closely with sophisticated, high-value clients in a close-knit, supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• CPA- preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Public Accounting
• Ability to build and service partnerships and high net worth individuals with estate, gift and trust tax planning, and compliance needs
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

Compensation: $170K–$220K DOE
