Are you a seasoned CPA with 5+ years of expertise in tax and/or audit looking for a rewarding leadership opportunity? Our client, a respected firm within the financial services and accounting sphere, is seeking a motivated Tax/Audit Supervisor to join their team and make a significant impact. In this vital role, you will be entrusted with developing and training their assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence and preparing/reviewing tax returns. What You Will Do:

• Lead and implement training programs for the assurance team.
• Mentor and coach team members to strengthen technical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows and best practices.
• Prepare and Review tax returns

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA credential is a must.
• 5+ years of experience in tax and/or audit fields.
• Passion for developing others and building strong assurance teams.
• Experience in audit/assurance and tax returns
