**Technical Agronomist Role:**

• - Design & Recommend Full-Season Crop Plans – Tailor fertility, pest, and irrigation strategies to match each grower’s goals, crop type, and field conditions.
• - Interpret Lab Results Like a Pro – Analyze and translate soil, water, and tissue data into actionable insights.
• - Promote Sustainability – Help growers integrate regenerative and resource-efficient practices that are good for the land and the bottom line.
• - Guide New Plantings – Advise on variety selection, soil preparation, and early-stage nutrition to set up crops for long-term success.

**Requirements**

• You're passionate about sustainability and know how to put it into practice

• Lab results don’t intimidate you — soil, water, tissue data are tools in your hands

• You’re PCA Licensed & CCA Certified
