Job Description

A well-established commercial builder in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is looking for a QA/QC Manager to own quality on its projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll partner with project teams and trade partners to make sure the work is built right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Lead the quality program across multiple commercial construction projects
• Develop project-specific quality control plans and preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspection processes
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and specifications for compliance before work starts
• Coordinate third-party testing and inspections and track results through to resolution
• Run punch list, deficiency tracking, and closeout documentation
• Train superintendents, field staff, and trade partners on quality expectations

What You Bring

• 5+ years of construction quality control experience, ideally with a general contractor on commercial projects
• Solid knowledge of building codes, specifications, and testing and inspection requirements
• Experience with quality management software and construction platforms such as Procore
• Clear, approachable communication with field crews, project managers, and owners
• A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
