About the Company:
We are a growing organization in Northern Los Angeles, seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is a great opportunity to make a major impact across multiple channels and support company growth.

Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager will create marketing plans, identify target audiences, and lead campaign execution across digital, print, and event channels. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans with clear objectives across multiple channels

  • Lead campaigns from concept through execution, leveraging internal support

  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to shape strategies

  • Manage content updates, event participation, and support sales initiatives

  • Track and report on marketing performance, optimizing strategies accordingly

  • Partner with email, web, and performance marketing teams to refine lead-nurturing tactics

Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent project management and decision-making abilities

  • Metrics-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field

  • Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies

  • Willingness to travel and established media contacts are a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $70,000 – $150,000 DOE/DOQ

  • 401(k) plan
