4+ years as an HVAC Controls Technician

Key duties include configuring and optimizing system performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring proper integration of HVAC controls. The technician will also work closely with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless operation and functionality of the BAS. Strong technical expertise in control systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in field environments are essential for this role.

• System Programming & Commissioning: Configuring programmable logic controllers
• Installation & Maintenance: Installing, calibrating, and repairing sensors, thermostats, actuators, and control panels.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical failures within HVAC systems and control networks.

• What You’ll Do (other duties as needed)

• Program, configure, and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Perform startup, checkout, and commissioning for new projects.
• Troubleshoot control issues and resolve HVAC system integration challenges.
• Conduct point-to-point verification and ensure systems meet design specifications.
• Assist with field service calls during project and warranty phases.
