Job Title: Director of Nursing (DON)

Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Lead, train, and support the nursing team
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain excellent communication with residents and families
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of Michigan
Prior DON or leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Compassionate leader with a resident-first mindset
