Job Description

Help a structural steel fabricator in the Lebanon, OH area win more work. As Steel Estimator, you'll price fabricated and erected steel packages for commercial and industrial projects with care and precision.

The work:

• Gather and review quotes for detailing, erection, galvanizing, coatings, and freight
• Coordinate with project managers and steel erectors on erection sequencing and constructability
• Produce quantity takeoffs and pricing for structural and miscellaneous steel from plans and specs
• Prepare full estimates for material, shop labor, and erection, along with proposals

Requirements:

• Experience with Tekla EPM, SDS2, or similar estimating software
• Excellent blueprint reading skills
• 5+ years of structural steel estimating experience
