Are you ready to take the lead on luxury residential and commercial multifamily projects in the Charlotte area? We’re hiring a Project Manager to drive a major 5-year development initiative, including high-end custom homes and ground-up multifamily construction.
🔨 What You’ll Do:
Manage start-to-finish construction of custom homes and multifamily developments
Lead project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Oversee cost controls, reporting, and day-to-day problem-solving
Opportunity to advance into a Senior PM role within your first year (based on performance)
✅ What You Bring:
8+ years of construction project management experience
Proven track record with custom homes and/or commercial multifamily projects
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
