Experienced Labor & Employment Attorney – PAGA & Trial Focus
We are working with a well-established defense firm that is seeking an Experienced Labor and Employment Attorney with PAGA experience and a proven track record as 1st or 2nd chair in trials.
This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about jury trials and wants to expand trial work, not just settle cases. The firm has been a trusted name in the legal industry for nearly 20 years, with 10 offices across California. Candidates may work remotely or from one of the firm's California offices.

Requirements:
7+ years of employment litigation experience, including PAGA
Defense background required
Jury trial experience preferred
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active member of the CA Bar in good standing
Strong research, writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
