Your Role:

  • Manage land development projects from initial planning through final approvals, ensuring compliance with regulations and client expectations.
  • Lead design efforts for grading, stormwater management, utility infrastructure, and site plans.
  • Supervise and mentor project teams, including engineers, designers, and technical staff.
  • Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and budget goals while maintaining technical excellence.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, contractor documentation, and project deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary technical and ethical representative for the firm on key client engagements.

What You Bring:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 5+ years of land development and site design experience.
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and regulatory permitting processes.
  • Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and judgment.
  • Experience with stormwater design, drainage, municipal projects, and capital improvements.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and fostering a collaborative team environment.
