Your Role:
- Spearhead water resource projects from planning and design to permitting and construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team dynamic.
- Partner with cross-departmental leaders to achieve project goals and maintain strong client relationships.
- Uphold industry best practices and technical standards, delivering projects that exceed expectations.
- Represent the firm with integrity, building trust and partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide innovative problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise to overcome project challenges.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client success.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in water resource, civil, or environmental engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering field.
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license.
- Strong technical skills in civil engineering design, public works, and water resource systems.
- Proficiency in construction calculations, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling tools and field instrumentation.
- A detail-oriented, efficient, and quality-driven approach to work.
