We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up, big-box retail projects across the Southeast. This is an urgent hire for high-priority projects breaking ground immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Package: $90,000 – $135,000 including travel allowance and expenses.

Core Requirements

• Project Type: Proven experience with ground-up commercial construction.
• Retail Expertise: Strong background managing big-box retail builds.
• Technical Skill: Direct hands-on experience with tilt-wall projects.
• Location: Ability to travel to project sites across the Southeast region.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Manage all daily on-site operations and subcontractor schedules.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA safety standards across the job site.
• Quality Control: Inspect work daily to ensure strict adherence to blueprints.
