A growing CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its team and transition into a Director role within 1–2 years as part of a planned retirement.
The firm serves small businesses, business owners, and individuals with tax and accounting needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who wants to take on greater responsibility and grow with a firm.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of tax experience
CPA or EA license
Strong client service and communication skills
Desire to grow into a leadership role
Compensation: $175,000–$200,000 base + bonus + benefits
