A nationally respected General Contractor with over $1 billion in active backlog is searching for a Traveling Superintendent with industrial construction experience to join their expanding team. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the charge on large-scale industrial projects ($30M+), many using precast or tilt-wall systems

  • Represent the company with professionalism and confidence while building strong client relationships

  • Travel to high-profile project sites across the U.S., typically up to 4 weeks at a time

  • Drive excellence in safety, scheduling, quality, and team coordination

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor

  • Industrial project experience preferred—especially precast or tilt-wall

  • A construction-related degree is ideal, but equivalent experience will be considered

  • Proven knowledge of commercial construction processes and safety best practices

  • Strong communicator who thrives in dynamic environments
