Lead the charge on large-scale industrial projects ($30M+), many using precast or tilt-wall systems
Represent the company with professionalism and confidence while building strong client relationships
Travel to high-profile project sites across the U.S., typically up to 4 weeks at a time
Drive excellence in safety, scheduling, quality, and team coordination
2+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
Industrial project experience preferred—especially precast or tilt-wall
A construction-related degree is ideal, but equivalent experience will be considered
Proven knowledge of commercial construction processes and safety best practices
Strong communicator who thrives in dynamic environments
Base salary up to $135K
