GPAC is seeking a Bids Manager for one of client companies in the food manufacturing industry. The company is a well-established, rapidly growing national company focused on providing great-tasting, nutritious food for K12 school foodservice customers and private brands of select retailers.
Bid Manager must have the proven ability in delivering winning, multi-million-pound product or services opportunities, possess strong leadership skills in an office-based environment, and must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working at CEO / Director Level (internal and external customers). This person will be fully conversant with the competitive marketplace, have sound commercial understanding and profit and loss experience coupled with risk management skills, and has the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities along with a solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures.
Location: Jericho NY (onsite)
Salary $100k-$120k
