Commercial • Industrial • Civil CONCRETE FOREMAN/JOBSITE LEADER

Locations: North Dakota | South Dakota | Minnesota (Including Northern MN) (Traveling)

A highly respected, financially stable concrete contractor is seeking experienced Concrete Foremen / Jobsite Leaders to lead crews on large-scale commercial, industrial, and civil projects across the Upper Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Lead concrete crews on commercial, industrial, and civil job sites
• Coordinate daily production, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
• Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship
• Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members
• Maintain productivity to meet or exceed project timelines

Ideal Background

• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or Crew Leader
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, or civil concrete operations
• Experience with structural concrete, foundations, flatwork, or heavy civil preferred
• Ability to manage crews and drive results in demanding environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to work in Upper Midwest climates
