Job Description

A St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a variety of complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience and strong trial preparation experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all phases of litigation, including trial preparation

  • Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, and case documents

  • Organize case files, exhibits, and evidence

  • Coordinate depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

Practice Areas May Include:
Business litigation, class actions, construction, employment, professional liability, real estate/condemnation, and trust/probate litigation.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience

  • Experience supporting trials, mediations, and arbitrations

  • Strong organizational and case management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
