A St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across a variety of complex litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience and strong trial preparation experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with all phases of litigation, including trial preparation
Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, and case documents
Organize case files, exhibits, and evidence
Coordinate depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Practice Areas May Include:
Business litigation, class actions, construction, employment, professional liability, real estate/condemnation, and trust/probate litigation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience supporting trials, mediations, and arbitrations
Strong organizational and case management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
