A St. Louis law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Tort Defense Litigation practice. This role involves handling a variety of defense matters and supporting cases through all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
Manage and assist with tort defense litigation matters
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Qualifications:
2–5 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense work
Licensed in Missouri and Kansas
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
