Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with other Project Managers who report to Director of Ops – will shine individually and as a team member
  • Manage CapEx projects from conception to completion
  • Will travel to 4-5 other sites (up to 40% overnight)
  • Support the company's continued growth by successfully executing projects that improve facility performance, efficiency, and long-term operational success.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external partners.

The ideal candidate holds:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Systems, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within feed manufacturing, grain handling, milling, livestock nutrition, agriculture processing, or a closely related industry.

• Experience managing capital (CapEx) projects from concept through completion.

• Proven ability to develop project scopes, manage budgets, allocate resources, and oversee project execution.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executive leadership, facility managers, contractors, and vendors.

• Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight to support projects across multiple locations.

Location & Travel

This position can be based in the Oklahoma City, Dallas-Fort Worth, or Fort Smith area. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to multiple facilities as needed.
