We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Compensation
$33.00 - $43.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments according to physician orders and care plans
- Monitor residents' health status and perform ongoing assessments
- Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records
- Assist with developing, coordinating, and updating individualized care plans
- Support and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in daily resident care activities
- Serve as a resource for assigned units and assist with supervisory duties as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, residents, and family members to ensure quality care outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Two-step TB clearance
- Successful completion of background screening, fingerprinting, and drug testing requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills

- Leadership and supervisory skills to support nursing assistants and maintain departmental standards
