Our growing litigation firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with at least 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City. We are seeking an Attorney with prior insurance defense experience, although candidates coming from the plaintiff side with strong litigation skills will absolutely be considered. The ideal Insurance Defense Attorney is motivated, hardworking, collaborative, and excited about trying cases and handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Our firm specializes in complex litigation and handles a broad range of matters including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defects, premises liability, and insurance coverage. This Insurance Defense Attorney position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated and high-exposure cases alongside experienced trial attorneys.
The right Attorney will have strong writing, deposition, discovery, and motion practice skills. Candidates with prior insurance defense backgrounds are strongly preferred, particularly those who have experience representing carriers, insureds, transportation companies, or businesses in civil litigation matters.
