Job Title: Hydraulic Component Technician
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Component Technician to join our team within the industrial sector. This role is essential to our commitment to quality and reliability in hydraulic component assembly, maintenance, and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble, maintain, and repair hydraulic machinery and components, including pumps, valves, and cylinders.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system failures and implement effective solutions.
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and blueprints accurately.
Operate forklifts and cranes safely for the movement and installation of heavy components.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Accurately document inspection reports and maintenance activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in machine building, repair, or maintenance, particularly with hydraulic equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently.
Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.
Safety-oriented mindset with good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to collaborate and learn from others.
Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
