Position: Construction Associate Attorney
Salary: $135,000+
A growing law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Construction practice. The firm offers competitive pay, structured mentoring, professional development, and a collaborative, community-focused culture.
Develop legal strategies for construction and surety matters.
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and dispute negotiations.
Manage discovery, litigation processes, and contract negotiations.
Research complex legal issues and draft briefs and legal documents.
Advise clients on construction claims and industry business risks.
Experience: 3+ years in construction or surety law.
Credentials: J.D. with strong academic standing; active Ohio Bar license.
Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills; ability to handle high-volume litigation in a fast-paced environment.
