Mechanical Pre-Construction Manager – San Diego

I’m working with a well-established mechanical contractor that is looking to add an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the estimating and preconstruction side of mechanical construction and wants to play a key role in large, complex commercial and industrial projects.

You’ll be involved in:
• Leading estimating and preconstruction strategy
• Conceptual through final estimating
• Design reviews and constructability
• Value engineering and cost development
• Working closely with operations, BIM, fabrication, purchasing, clients, and trade partners
• Improving estimating processes and technology

The ideal candidate will have 3–7+ years of mechanical estimating/preconstruction experience, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and piping systems, and experience with commercial or industrial projects.

Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions
