Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up commercial projects from site mobilization through closeout
• Sequence site work, foundations, structure, envelope, and interiors
• Coordinate inspections, utilities, and permits
• Run safety meetings and enforce site safety programs
• Drive punch list and turnover to the owner

Requirements

• 5+ years as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Experience with sitework, concrete, and structural sequencing
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Ability to read plans and resolve field issues quickly
• Strong communication with PMs, trades, and inspectors
