Responsibilities

• Own commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, and monthly billing
• Serve as the primary owner and architect point of contact
• Partner with the superintendent to keep jobs safe, on schedule, and profitable
• Produce accurate cost reports and margin forecasts

Requirements

• 3+ years managing commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong command of schedules, budgets, and contracts
• Procore (or similar), MS Project, and Excel
• Clear, confident communication with owners and design teams
