We are seeking an experienced and passionate nursing professional to lead our skilled nursing team in a vibrant Central New York community. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the quality of care and foster a supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Your Role:
Lead and mentor all nursing personnel across the facility, ensuring top-tier patient care
Develop, review, and implement effective nursing policies and clinical protocols
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff to build a strong, skilled team
Monitor staffing levels and competencies to guarantee consistent, high-quality care delivery
Uphold professional standards and oversee nursing staff conduct with integrity
Stay informed on all facility events and incidents to proactively address concerns
Evaluate and respond to the evolving healthcare needs of each resident
What You Bring:
Current valid RN license in New York State
At least 5 years of progressive experience in long-term care nursing
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial nursing role
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a nursing team
