Audit Supervisor

Location: Louisville Metro, KY (Onsite)

Role Overview:

A well-respected regional accounting firm is seeking an Audit Supervisor to join their growing team in the Louisville Metropolitan Area. This is a confidential search for an experienced audit professional ready to take the next step in leadership.

As an Audit Supervisor, you will:

• Lead and review audit engagements across a variety of industries

• Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and accurate workpapers

• Collaborate with partners on client strategy, workflow, and audit planning

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in audit preparation and review

• Experience supervising staff or managing teams

• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, audit methodology, and compliance

• Excellent communication and client service skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $75k–$90k

• Bonus eligibility
