About Us We operate a high-precision manufacturing facility with a wide variety of advanced CNC machinery, including Toyoda vertical and horizontal mills, Doosan horizontal mills, CNC lathes, a Quickmill gantry mill, lasers, and press brakes. Maintaining uptime and precision is critical to our success.

Position Overview We are seeking an Experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This is a hands-on role that requires proven CNC maintenance experience—we are NOT offering training. The ideal candidate must be ready to contribute immediately, supporting complex equipment and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precision squareness checks on all machine axes using granite blocks and dial indicators, fully understanding each axis and the measurement process.
  • Operate CNC machines confidently using the Handle control, demonstrating basic but solid operational knowledge.
  • Remove way covers to inspect, clean, and maintain ball screws and check backlash.
  • Understand and correctly maintain Box Ways vs. Linear Guides, applying proper cleaning and lubrication techniques.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Toyoda vertical and horizontal mills, Doosan horizontal mills, CNC lathes, Quickmill gantry mill, lasers, and press brakes.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced maintenance environment, collaborating with existing skilled technicians.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated hands-on CNC maintenance experience on vertical and horizontal mills, lathes, and similar equipment.
  • Experience with precision measurement tools such as granite blocks and dial indicators for squareness and alignment checks.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine operation via Handle controls.
  • Practical experience with way cover removal, backlash adjustment, ball screw cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Clear understanding of Box Ways and Linear Guides maintenance requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain lasers and press brakes is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to work with minimal supervision.
