A highly respected General Contractor in the area with a growing backlog of projects is seeking a Junior Estimator to support their team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in commercial construction estimating.

Junior Estimator Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for labor and material
• Learn and apply value engineering and conceptual design strategies
• Help write budgets, reports, and project plans
• Support multiple estimates and preconstruction efforts
• Collaborate with senior staff, field personnel, and clients
Junior Estimator Qualifications: • 0–2 years of experience in commercial construction or estimating
• B.S. in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team
