We are partnered with a growing law firm that is seeking a talented and driven Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–6 years of experience who is eager to take on meaningful cases and advance their career in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

About the Role: You will manage a diverse personal injury caseload from intake through resolution, including trial when necessary. Their cases involve serious injuries resulting from negligence, product defects, negligent security, and other complex matters. You will work closely with clients, develop case strategies, and advocate aggressively on their behalf.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing
  • Litigation experience with strong negotiation skills
  • Exceptional research and writing abilities
  • Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Ability to work fully in-office
