Siding and Framing Estimator

Seeking a Siding and Framing Estimator to help accurately estimate project costs and contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans, blueprints, and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates for siding and framing projects
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take measurements, and evaluate existing conditions
• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to develop accurate budgets and competitive bids
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project scopes are clearly defined and estimates are precise
• Maintain and update estimating tools, software, and cost databases
• Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
• Track and manage estimates to ensure alignment with project budgets and timelines

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes related to siding and framing
• Proficiency in estimating/construction related software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
