Job Description

We are seeking a visionary Program Management Director, National Healthcare to lead the delivery of complex healthcare campuses nationwide.

In this executive leadership role, you will oversee large-scale healthcare programs serving as Program Manager, guiding planning, team selection, design oversight, and construction performance from concept through completion.

Working alongside healthcare systems and finance partners, you’ll drive the successful execution of transformative projects backed by innovative structured financing solutions; including opportunities with up to 100% project financing.

What You’ll Do

• Lead nationally significant healthcare development programs
• Direct planning, design, and construction oversight
• Build executive-level partnerships with healthcare clients
• Ensure exceptional program performance, financial stewardship, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with finance partners on strategic healthcare investments
• Advance the growth and reputation of the National Healthcare Practice
