Family Law Paralegal
A highly regarded South Florida family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its Fort Lauderdale office. What You’ll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery
- Assist with complex family law matters involving high-net-worth individuals and substantial marital estates
- Prepare financial affidavits, equitable distribution schedules, and organize supporting financial documentation
- Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and filings through the Florida e-Portal
- Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of family law paralegal experience required
- Experience with high-net-worth divorce and complex financial matters strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Stable work history and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work fully in-office in Fort Lauderdale
