Family Law Paralegal

A highly regarded South Florida family law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its Fort Lauderdale office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside a respected team handling sophisticated family law matters, including high-net-worth divorces, complex financial disputes, and high-asset litigation.

What You’ll Do

  • Draft pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and discovery
  • Assist with complex family law matters involving high-net-worth individuals and substantial marital estates
  • Prepare financial affidavits, equitable distribution schedules, and organize supporting financial documentation
  • Manage case files, calendaring, deadlines, and filings through the Florida e-Portal
  • Coordinate hearings, mediations, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation and trial preparation

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of family law paralegal experience required
  • Experience with high-net-worth divorce and complex financial matters strongly preferred
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
  • Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Stable work history and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work fully in-office in Fort Lauderdale
