DENTAL ASSISTANT

CHARLOTTE, NC

Growing and established dental office in Charlotte, NC is seeking a talented, full-time, Dental Assistant to join their specialty practice.

As a Dental Assistant, you will be a central member of our team, helping provide exceptional patient experience while supporting the staff and Dentist. You will also help facilitate/coordinate other responsibilites as needed. 

Background Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of experience as a dental assistant, endodontic specialty preferred
• High School Diploma
• Certificate from an accredited dental assistant program
• NC issued X-ray certification

Responsibilities Include: 

• Preparation and set up of instruments and supplies for treatment 
• Assisting the dentist through 4-handed dentistry
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Strong attention to detail, well organized, and reliable
• Scheduling appointments and post op visits
• Assisting with payment procedures
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Flexible schedule, available to work M-F 7a-5p with shift changes
